Our Mission
Our investment journey started with investing in rental apartments and quickly realized the added value in buying sub-standard apartments, renovating them, and selling them for a profit.
Our operation has progressed into multiple, larger projects and properties throughout the New York metropolitan area, and select other states. Some projects are converted into rentals, while others are promptly turned for a profit.
The Portfolio
Our investment portfolio consists of rental properties for passive income and a constant update of renovation/new construction projects for active income. The rental properties range from small apartments in urban metropolis to single and multi-family homes in suburban areas. Our renovation, and new construction, projects are better suited for single family homes in up and coming areas where the market hasn’t peaked or saturated yet.
